I want to build or buy a cat litter box enclosure double layer for food and water on top for garage. I will have a cat door going from the inside directly into the enclosure with the litter on the bottom and then a way for the cat to go up to the food and water. I also need a way to open it to change the litter, and fill the food and water. The garage doesn't get super hot, but I want to make sure she doesn't get hot or cold in there. The water is also an electric fountain so I would need to plug it in from an extension cord. Ideas? The area is like 33"longx18"deep
