An heirloom-grade modern dining table featuring solid American Black Walnut construction. Built with heavy 3" x 3" square legs, 4" deep aprons joined via traditional haunched mortise and tenon joints, and a 1-1/4" thick solid slab top terminated with authentic breadboard ends. The breadboard joinery incorporates a center-glued tenon and elongated outer pin slots with drawbored walnut dowels, allowing the 36-inch top panel to safely expand and contract up to 3/8" seasonally without splitting.
